Rasika Mathur is a seasoned travel professional with over two decades of experience in travel planning, aviation, hospitality, and destination management. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of RAS TravelTech LLP since June 2019, Rasika aims to transform travel through technology and create memorable travel experiences. Prior to this, Rasika held various roles at Jet Airways from December 2000 to September 2012, including Supervisor for ticketing, where responsibilities included guiding a reservations team, and Senior Customer Services Assistant, managing a call center staff of 110. Rasika began the career as a Customer Services Assistant at Rus Air and a Ticketing & Reservations Officer at Mercury Travels, and has foundational education in Travel & Tourism Management & Ticketing, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University.
