Bobby Thomas possesses extensive experience in refinery operations and management, currently serving as General Manager at Phillips 66 since December 2012, following roles as Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager at the Rodeo Refinery. Prior to this, Bobby held various positions at LyondellBasell from July 1996 to December 2012, including FCC Turnaround Superintendent and Planning & Scheduling Supervisor.
