Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both corporate and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Phillips 66, Michael oversees the Information Security and Policies program, establishing strategic vision and policies. In addition to this role, Michael contributes insights as a Corporate Market Advisory Board Member for Dataminr and as an Advisor to NightDragon, while actively participating in the Team8 CISO Village to foster collaboration among cybersecurity leaders. Prior to these positions, Michael had a distinguished career at the FBI, where roles included Special Agent and Private Sector Coordinator, focusing on cybersecurity, insider threats, and national security operations. Michael holds advanced degrees in Cyber Security and Intellectual Property Law, complementing a strong foundation in finance and strategic management.
