Phillips & Jordan
Eric Hedrick joined P&J in 1981 immediately after graduating from high school. He began as a Field Mechanic performing repairs on all types of heavy equipment and worked his way up to Lead Mechanic within P&J’s Clearing Group. Eric’s knowledge of clearing operations, combined with his personal approach to interacting with clients and owners have made him invaluable. In 2005, he managed the largest contract in P&J’s history, and he became a Vice President in 2013. Eric’s career with P&J has had him directly involved in all levels of the company, giving him a unique perspective on operations management.

Phillips & Jordan, Inc. (P&J), a Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc. company, is a woman-owned, heavy civil and infrastructure contractor established in 1952. Our Core Values and Priorities – Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Production – guide our daily business practices. P&J is a People First company, and we hold safety as imperative above all other objectives. A safe workplace and workforce are the only acceptable way to do business - and the only way to take care of the community, the people, and the environment. We carry this commitment with us as we pursue challenging projects in three primary service areas: Heavy Civil Infrastructure Development (Power Generation, Water Resources, Mining, and Industrial & Commercial), Right-of-Way Infrastructure Development (Power Delivery, Foundations, and Pipeline Services), and Disaster Response.
