Keith Rummer

Keith Rummer, JD, ACC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Phillips Edison & Company since September 2012, overseeing all human resources functions and learning and development initiatives. In this role, Rummer has also managed IT and Marketing operations on an interim basis. Rummer's extensive experience includes ownership of KAR Coaching & Consulting LLC, and prior positions as Vice President of Associate Relations & Compliance at Luxottica Retail, and Vice President and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fifth Third Bank. Additional roles include employment counsel at AMN Healthcare, associate positions at law firms, and service as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. Rummer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Denison University.
