Janney Wilson

Janney Wilson is a trustee at Phillips Exeter Academy. Janney has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Janney began their career at Procter & Gamble as a finance manager. Janney then joined Liberty Mutual Group, where they held various positions, including executive vice president of marketing and distribution, senior vice president and New England division manager, and vice president of marketing and product development. In their most recent role, they were responsible for leading strategy, best practices and innovation in marketing and distribution for a $5B commercial insurance operation with over 5,500 independent agents. Janney successfully integrated a major acquisition and was responsible for customer experience, distribution channel management and sales compensation/incentives, online service delivery, and distribution/customer analytics.

Janney Wilson has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Janney'story from Yale University. Janney also attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
