Asli Guillaume

Asli Guillaume has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management within the supply chain and customer service sectors, primarily at Philips since June 2005. In the role of Continuous Improvement Lead Europe, Asli develops and leads lean initiatives across Europe, delivering training and building a strong lean community. Previous roles at Philips include Lean Transformation Leader, focusing on process improvement through lean tools, and Customer Service Process Expert & Lean Deployment Lead, managing international projects across multiple regions. Asli's career began with roles in sales and education, including a position as an English Teacher at MEV High School. Asli holds an MBA from Yeditepe University and a degree in English Teaching from Istanbul University.
