Carol Stemple

Carol Stemple has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as President of LifeWork, Inc. since 1999, where responsibilities include AED sales, program implementation, and medical education. In addition, Carol holds the position of Emergency Department Charge Nurse at Holy Cross Health since January 2021, and has been an AED distributor for multiple companies, including Philips, HeartSine Technologies, and Cardiac Science. Carol previously served as BLS and ACLS Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association from 2003 to 2018, functioning as a key technical leader for emergency cardiovascular care programs. Earlier roles include Assistant Nurse Manager in emergency departments at Adventist HealthCare and Southern MD Hospital, and Trauma Nurse at University of Maryland Medical System. Carol received a diploma in nursing from Wilmington School of Nursing, and has pursued further education at Shepherd University and the University of Maryland.
