Derek Verhoorn

Derek Verhoorn is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product and industrial design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer and Design Lead at Philips since January 2017, Derek has a strong background that includes previous roles as Principal Industrial Designer at Radius Innovation & Development and Senior Industrial Designer at iRobot. Earlier career highlights feature positions as Principal Industrial Designer at Farm Product Development and as a self-employed Industrial Designer from 1993 to 2002. Derek holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with honors from Pratt Institute, earned between 1988 and 1992.
