Naman Sondhi is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in implementing advanced data-driven solutions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Research Data Scientist at Philips since April 2022, Naman successfully developed an AI ChatBot for Field Service Support, utilizing technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, and FAISS to enhance technical assistance for MRI devices, resulting in a 30% reduction in resolution time.
