Roberta Kilfoyle

Roberta Kilfoyle has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as IT Director of Service Operations at Philips since 2006, overseeing release management for five SAP Commercial Instances and managing both automated test teams and Basis resources. Prior to this role, Roberta held various positions at Proctor & Gamble's Gillette Business Unit from 1996 to 2006, including Senior Consultant and Project Manager for a $25 million strategic project that centralized product data maintenance across multiple ERP systems. Roberta also gained crucial experience at Andersen Consulting, WR Grace, and Chomerics Inc. throughout the 1990s and 1980s. Roberta earned a degree from the University of Maine between 1980 and 1984.
