Satrio Wibowo has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare and aerospace industries, currently serving as a Service & Solution Delivery Manager at Philips since January 2010. Satrio has held various roles at Philips, including Product Manager for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Senior Field Service Engineer, focusing on optimizing modality uptime, managing liquid helium forecasts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through professional service and support. Prior to Philips, Satrio worked as an Electronic Embedded Engineer at MJ Aerospace, where responsibilities included developing embedded software for unmanned aerial vehicles and managing the electronic division's operations. Satrio holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Sarjana Sains Terapan in Mechatronics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.
