Paul Weininger has extensive experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources, Security, and Facility Security Officer at Aker Philadelphia Shipyard since July 2001. In this role, Weininger oversees all Human Resources functions with a focus on labor relations and also acts as the Facility Security Manager for Maritime Security under the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to this position, Weininger held roles at Gamesa wind turbines as Manager of Human Capital Management and as Manager of Human Resources and Security, specializing in labor relations. Earlier in the career, Weininger was the Corporate Director of Labor Relations at Fleming Companies Inc., overseeing all labor relations for the entire company. Educationally, Weininger earned a BA in Psychology from Long Island University from 1963 to 1967.
