Gary Serkhoshian, PMP, currently serves as the Director of IT Transformation at PHINIA since October 2023. Previously, Gary held the position of Director of Digital Transformation, Business Agility, and PMO at Rocket Companies from September 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Gary was the Head of PMO and Enterprise Transformation at Credit Acceptance from January 2015 to September 2020. Gary’s experience also includes serving as the EPMO and Technology Transformation Leader at First Data Corporation from July 2014 to January 2015 and as the PMO and Service Delivery Leader at Deloitte Consulting from January 2007 to December 2013. Gary holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Trinity University.
