Hailey Eustace

Hailey Eustace is a founder at Commplicated, specializing in communications and branding for early-stage startups with complex technologies since February 2023. In addition, Eustace serves as an angel investor for multiple deeptech and healthtech companies across Europe, focusing on femtech, and holds investment roles with ODIN Space, Radiant Matter, ClimateAligned, and PHINXT Robotics. Eustace also contributes as a venture scout for Ada Ventures and as a founding expert for Founders at the University of Cambridge, delivering mentoring and support for entrepreneurial ventures. As a visiting fellow at ZINC, Eustace is involved in fostering innovative solutions for societal challenges, alongside advisory roles at Deeptech Labs and other organizations. Eustace's academic background includes an MPhil in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and a B.S. in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
