Sebastien Jean has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Sebastien is the current Chief Technology Officer at Phison Electronics Corp., where they focus on developing technology strategies and building alliances with other companies. Sebastien also works closely with engineering teams to integrate new concepts into products, with a particular focus on advancing security, AI, NVMe, BGA storage, client gaming drives, and enterprise high-density E1. Prior to their current role, Sebastien was a Senior System Architect at Micron Technology, where they led a team of technologists and collaborated with global mobile and automotive customers to meet their needs. Sebastien also served as a System Architect at SanDisk and WD, where they led engineering teams and played a key role in architecting designs for storage products. Sebastien began their career as a Principal Software Engineer at iStor Networks, where they designed system level software and drivers for network storage controllers.
Sebastien Jean completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
