Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at PHL since August 2024, Jennifer is focused on shaping organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience. Jennifer's foundational experience includes various HR roles at Best Buy Canada and Smart Set, contributing to expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Jennifer holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Certificate in General Business from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
