Randall Howard, CPL, has extensive experience in land management and oil and gas asset management, currently serving as Land Manager and Senior Landman at Phoenix Capital Group since June 2021. As the Owner of PetroWorks Resources LLC since January 2012, Randall actively buys and sells oil and gas assets across the United States. Previous positions include Vice President of Title Operations at Oxford Exploration LLC, Corporate Land Manager and Director of Business Development at Central Resources, Inc., and Assistant Vice President / Oil & Gas Asset Manager at Wells Fargo. Randall began a career in acquisitions and divestments at BP and served in Naval Intelligence with the US Navy. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University.
