Phoenix Fund
Chloe Breider serves as Vice President at GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, since 2022, and is a co-founder of Phoenix Fund, an early-stage venture fund for startups from the Harvard community. Chloe currently advises Lagrange Labs, an entity focused on cross-chain technology, while also holding investment roles at Built Technologies and previously at Rewire, which was sold to Remitly for $80M. Past experiences include serving as Principal at Renegade Partners, Pear Fellow at Pear VC, and positions at Glossier, IVP, and Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Wellesley College.
