Milton D. is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with a diverse background in venture capital and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as Investor & Chief of Staff at Phoenix Fund since December 2021, Milton also co-founded Plantaizin’, a plant-based snack brand dedicated to sustainability and community support. In addition, Milton holds the position of Director at IAmJeanElie, a non-profit aimed at alleviating poverty in Haiti. Previously, Milton gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and participated in various prestigious programs, including the Venture Incubation Program at Harvard Innovation Labs. Milton's educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Economics from Harvard University, complemented by experiences at Syracuse University and Middletown High School.
