Emmy is a financial services specialist and has worked in investment companies across Europe. She was a Senior Policy Advisor in the Financial Affairs Directorate of the OECD until 2018 and is now a non-executive director of the Pension Protection Fund and Chair of the Employer Committee of the Social Housing Pension Scheme. Emmy was educated at Oxford and Harvard universities and has an MBA from INSEAD.
