Before their current position as Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Group of Virginia, Bill worked as an Assistant Vice President at The Sigmon Group, LLC. Prior to their civilian career, Bill served in the US Navy as a Limited Duty Officer. Bill received their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the Board of Regents, University of State of NY.
