Bob Boyce is a seasoned Defense Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience spanning various roles in military and defense sectors. Currently serving at Phoenix Group of Virginia since January 2013, Bob's prior positions include Joint Experimentation Designer Controller at ITT Exelis, where support was provided to the US Joint Forces Command, and Joint Concept Lead Writer and Experimentation Lead at EDO Corporation, leading teams in joint operations concept development. Bob's earlier roles encompass program management for the US Navy’s Airborne Mine Countermeasures C4I Upgrade and contributions to educational programs at the Armed Forces Staff College. With a military background as a charter faculty member of the Armed Forces Staff College and extensive operational experience in the US Navy, including leadership roles on various naval vessels, Bob possesses a robust foundation in military strategy and operational effectiveness. Bob holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the US Naval Academy and completed Navy Nuclear Power Training.
