Amy Battigan

Amy Battigan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the European Head of HR Strategic Transformation at Phoenix Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of HR Senior Manager at Standard Life Ireland from January 2015 to September 2018 and gained significant experience at Vodafone Ireland in multiple HR roles, including HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner, from 2010 to January 2015. Earlier roles include contributing as HR Guru for Vodafone Qatar in 2009 and various HR positions at Vodafone Ireland, Northern Trust Securities Services, Zurich Insurance, and St. James's Hospital. Amy holds a Master of Business Studies in Human Resources from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Policy and Sociology from University College Dublin.
