Andy Young

Andy Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and children's health advocacy. Currently serving as the Director at Children's Health Scotland since May 2021, Andy provides guidance to the charity focused on championing children's health rights and supporting those with long-term health conditions while exploring technological opportunities. In parallel, Andy holds the position of Group Head of Digital & UX at Phoenix Group, a role initiated in November 2020, following a tenure at Standard Life Assurance where responsibilities escalated from Head of Digital Retailing to various strategic marketing roles. Andy's earlier career includes positions in research and client liaison, complemented by academic credentials with a Master of Science in Chemistry with French from the University of St Andrews.
