Karen Rees McIps

Karen Rees MCIPS is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supplier management. Currently serving as Senior Sourcing Manager at Phoenix Group since January 2021, Karen has also held the position of Interim Head of Procurement and Supplier Manager. Prior to this role, Karen worked as Senior Sourcing Manager at ReAssure from April 2019 to January 2021, and as Procurement Manager at Babcock International Group for a brief period in 2018. Karen's career also includes experience as a Salon Owner at Beauty by Liberty K and a long tenure at BAE Systems, Inc., where Karen excelled as Procurement Manager for over two decades.
