Michaela Gibson

Michaela Gibson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership and change management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of DEI Transformation & Programme Management at Phoenix Group, Michaela previously held significant roles such as Inclusive Culture Program Manager at Apollo Syndicate 1969 and Change Programme Manager at Aspen Insurance Group, where involvement in various transformation projects and initiatives to enhance inclusion and diversity was evident. Michaela's career began in training and project management roles at renowned companies including Catlin and Aon, along with a notable tenure in business systems training. Michaela holds a BA in History and Politics from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Globalisation of Politics and International Political Economy from Birkbeck, University of London.
