As the Vice President of Personal Lines Sales and Service at Phoenix Insurance Group Inc. since May 2004, David Hauck has successfully implemented growth strategies, achieving a 94% retention rate in Personal Lines while building a strong team of agents. Prior to this, David Hauck served as Personal Lines Manager and Regional Vice President at Commerce Insurance Services from January 2000 to May 2004, where responsibilities included regional sales team development, call center management, and operations management. David Hauck’s educational background includes a high school degree from Chatham Township High School and studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
