Jason Moore, MISM, has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as a NOC Tier 2 Technician at PhoenixNAP since July 2017, where responsibilities include supporting physical IT structures and providing technical assistance. Previous roles include Technical Support II at FIS, providing technical support for various IT infrastructure, and Premier Support Specialist at Asurion, delivering customer service and technical expertise. Additionally, Jason has held managerial positions in the restaurant industry, including General Manager at Denny's and Associate General Manager at Applebee's. Jason holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor's Degree in Network and Communication Management from DeVry University, and an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology from High-Tech Institute-Dallas.
