Sandi Phoenix is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in professional development and support for educators. As Principal Facilitator and Director at Phoenix Support for Educators since January 2011, Sandi advocates for childhood delight and promotes thriving educational communities through training, resources, and wellbeing coaching. Previous roles include serving as a presenter and workshop facilitator at the Health and Community Services Workforce Council, and as an independent contractor for ACE Community Colleges, where Sandi provided training and assessment services for early education qualifications. Additionally, Sandi worked as an Inclusion Support Facilitator at UnitingCare Community, focusing on promoting inclusive practices in education. Sandi holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Studies, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma/Masters in Mental Health and Neuroscience at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
