Peter Figgs, Jr.

Peter Figgs, Jr has extensive experience in management and customer service. Since February 2017, Peter has held multiple roles at The Phoenix Theatre Company, including Patron Advancement Manager, Business Manager, and Assistant to the General Manager. Prior to this, Peter spent over 12 years at Express Scripts, where responsibilities included supervising a team of up to 25 employees in the Customer Service department and managing daily service levels for incoming communication from a significant dedicated client.
