Deep Agrawal

Deep Agrawal serves as the Vice President and Head of Payments at PhonePe since February 2019, focusing on business development, partnerships, implementation, growth, and regulatory relationships. Prior to this role, Deep Agrawal held various directorial positions at YES BANK from June 2013 to February 2019, leading initiatives in digital payments, including the successful launch of UPI and innovative payment solutions. Early career experiences include roles at ICICI Bank as a Senior Manager in Direct Banking and Innovation and as a Software Engineer at Persistent Systems. Deep Agrawal holds an MBA in General Management, Marketing, and Technology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Computer Science from Pune University.
