Janani Natarajan

Janani Natarajan currently serves as the Head of HR Product & People Analytics at PhonePe, leading initiatives in talent management and employee engagement for approximately 2,500 employees. Prior to this role, Janani was an HR Business Partner at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, focusing on organization development for over 600 employees, and held various HR positions at Mahindra Rise, where responsibilities included organization design, capability building, and managing the employee life cycle for a significant tractor division. Janani's early career includes experience as an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young, a summer intern at ITC Limited, and an R&D Engineer at Ericsson. Janani holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
