Rohit Bhagat

Rohit Bhagat is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Non-executive Chairman at PhonePe and Chairman of Franklin Templeton ETF Trust. Rohit holds additional roles as Independent Director at Meesho and AssetMark, and Managing Director at Mukt Capital. Previously, Rohit was the Chief Executive Officer of FinTech Evolution Acquisition Group and has also served as an advisor to SoFi and Senior Advisor, Fintech, at B Capital Group. Rohit's academic qualifications include a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, complemented by completion of the Directors’ Consortium program at Stanford University.
