Shipra Singh

Shipra Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning, and performance. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management, Learning and Performance at PhonePe since December 2021, Shipra previously held leadership roles at TATA Advanced Systems Limited and YES BANK, where responsibilities included organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. With a strong foundation in campus initiatives and talent management, Shipra began a career at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as a Telecom Officer. Shipra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
