Laura Mesnet

Laura Mesnet has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Chargée de développement des ressources humaines at Phosphea since June 2020. This role involves international recruitment across multiple countries, including defining needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and reporting on hiring proposals. Prior experience includes a position as Assistante RH at Saint-Gobain and Assistante Recrutement et Mobilité Internationale at Phosphea. Laura has also held the role of Responsable Développement Commercial at BDH Sup de Coeur, managing a team and engaging with donors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Rennes School of Business, along with a semester abroad at Chapman University and a DUT in Business Administration from IUT de Rennes.
