Genna Martella

Genna Martella is a seasoned professional in training and education with extensive experience in learning design, content development, and program management. Currently serving as a Training Program Manager at Phreesia since May 2021, Genna leads the learning design for Client Solutions employee development and designs e-learning courses while measuring training outcomes. In previous roles at North Carolina State University, Genna advanced from Coordinator to Assistant Director of New Student Programs, where responsibilities included developing onboarding curricula, scaling learning experiences, and implementing e-learning strategies. Genna’s background also encompasses roles at Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University, focusing on curriculum development and student transition programs.
