Alexandra Miller, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Advocacy & Strategic Alliances at PhRMA, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Alexandra held roles such as Manager of Federal Government Affairs at AdvaMed, leading key advocacy initiatives in the Radiation Therapy and Focused Ultrasound sectors, and Manager of Federal Healthcare Policy at the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, focusing on reimbursement pathways for medical imaging technology. Alexandra's experience also includes significant contributions at the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, where various roles advanced educational initiatives and quality improvement programs. An educational background from the University of Kentucky includes a Master of Public Health with a focus on Population Health Management and Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental & Sustainability Studies and International Studies.
