Peter F.

Peter F. serves as the Senior Director of State Public Policy at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) since 2020, leading initiatives to influence legislation across six states. Prior to PhRMA, Peter was involved in public policy and government affairs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and managed healthcare legislation during tenure at the Minnesota Senate, where significant contributions included the development of a $326 million health insurance premium subsidy program. Peter's earlier roles include positions at Delta Dental of Minnesota and the Minnesota Senate, where essential legislative support was provided. Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree in Business and Regulatory Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Luther College.
