Rose Harte

Rose Harte, MA, MS, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at The Towers on Park Lane, a position held since July 2025. In addition to this role, Rose co-founded GOTCHA! RESCUE DOGS in October 2015, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to dog rescue and rehabilitation in San Antonio. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Ambassador for Bella Vida at Forefront Living, and working as a Licensed Realtor® at Phyllis Browning Company. Rose's career began in sales and management roles, including positions at PCI and Harris Connect, and financial services at Wells Fargo Bank. Rose holds a Master of Arts in Psychology/Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Webster University.
