Jessica Piglia, MPS, PHR, is an experienced human resources leader focused on developing HR practices and policies to support organizational growth and scalability. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Physicians Group Laboratories, LLC since June 2022, Jessica has honed skills in creating departmental budgets and collaborating with executive leadership. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources for Vios Fertility Institute, foundational HR structures were established to enhance operations for a startup. Jessica's background also includes roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Practice Administrator at Audubon Fertility and various HR positions at Marquette Transportation Company and Republic National Distributing Company, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance for significant employee populations. Jessica holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Holy Cross.
