Jana Johnson

Jana Johnson, CPA, currently serves as the Lead Internal Auditor at Physicians Mutual, a position held since April 2021, after progressing from a Senior Internal Auditor role. Prior experience includes working at PwC from September 2018 to April 2021 as a Product and Services Experienced Audit Associate, where responsibilities involved understanding client needs, developing audit approaches, and leveraging data analytic tools to enhance audit quality. Jana's career began with audit internships at PwC and RSM US LLP, complemented by roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, Student Success Tutor, and Logistics and Advising Coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa. Jana holds a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
