Adv. Hemant Sharma

Hemant Sharma currently serves as Legal Manager at PW (PhysicsWallah) since November 2022, overseeing contract governance and advising on regulatory compliance, platform policies, and corporate governance frameworks. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Manager (Legal), Senior Legal Associate, and Legal Associate at various organizations, contributing to significant projects such as managing legal due diligence for an EdTech IPO. Hemant has also worked as a Legal Consultant, In-House Counsel, and Intellectual Property Associate, along with various internships in law. Education includes an ongoing Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law at Jindal Global Law School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Management from NMIMS. Hemant holds a B.B.A.LL.B. (H) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
