Alexandros Metavitsiadis is a physicist with extensive experience in academic and research roles. Currently serving as a Quantum Technology Trainer at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) since October 2022, Metavitsiadis previously worked as a teacher at Gotthold-Ephraim-Lessing-Gymnasium Neubrandenburg from September 2021 to July 2022. A substantial portion of the career includes postdoctoral positions at TU Braunschweig and Technical University Kaiserslautern, as well as a teaching assistant role at the University of Crete. Alexandros Metavitsiadis holds a Ph.D. in Physics and a Master's Degree in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Crete, supplemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the same institution.
