Materials Scientist - Project Lead Asml-cz Smt- PTB EUVL Outgassing Project at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt

Annas Bin Ali is a Materials Scientist with extensive experience in materials technology and engineering. Currently serving as the Project Lead Engineer at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) since May 2021, Annas drives the ASML-CZ SMT-PTB EUV Outgassing Project, focusing on the development of reference outgassing sources for EUV lithography systems. Previously, from April 2017 to March 2021, Annas worked at Hochschule Hannover on a patented Carbon Fiber Project, emphasizing the development and processing of high electrical conductivity carbon fiber. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant in electron microscopy and tribology at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from September 2014 to October 2016. Annas holds a PhD in Materials Technology, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
