James Allen has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. James started their career as a Finance Broker at Laura Dean Financial Solutions in 2007 and later became a Financial Planner & SMSF strategist. In 2014, they joined Future Accountants & Advisers as the Managing Director, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Cisco as a Cisco X-sell Specialist, responsible for delivering live demonstrations and collaborating directly with vendors. During this time, they also worked as the General Manager of Client Relations at Virtual IT Group, leading sales and marketing efforts. Recently, in 2022, they joined Pia as the Global Senior Vice President of Sales. Overall, James Allen has gained expertise in various roles, including sales, management, finance, and IT services.

James Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Wollongong, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008.
