Matthew Harding is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in menu innovation and restaurant operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Culinary and Menu Innovation at The Piada Group since March 2015, Matthew previously held prominent positions including Corporate Executive Chef at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group from October 1994 to September 2014 and Executive Chef at both Brio Tuscan Grille and Lindey's American Bistro. Throughout a distinguished career spanning several decades, Matthew has successfully developed menus for various dining concepts, overseen operational excellence leading to significant sales growth, and received numerous awards for culinary achievements. Matthew obtained a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.

Piada Italian Street Food was inspired by the roadside family-run food carts and markets found in Rimini, Italy, and the company's first restaurant opened in 2010. In 2013, Nation's Restaurant News recognized Piada as a community-minded restaurant company in its annual "Hot Concepts" awards. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio,Piada has locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Texas and is opening locations in Minneapolis.
