Tom Hoare has extensive work experience in the music and entertainment industry. Tom is currently the Global Director of Audience Development & Partnerships at [PIAS], a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Audience Development & Partnerships at [PIAS] from September 2020 to October 2022. Before joining [PIAS], Tom worked at Sony Music Entertainment as the Head of Digital for SYCO Music from November 2019 to August 2020. Tom also held the role of Head of Digital Marketing at Universal Pictures, a subsidiary of NBCUniversal Media, LLC, from January 2018 to November 2019. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager at Polydor Records, a division of Universal Music Group, from October 2016 to December 2017 and from January 2015 to October 2016, respectively. Tom started their career at [PIAS] in May 2012 as a Digital Channel Manager before moving on to other roles within the industry.
Tom Hoare completed their A-levels in English, Spanish, French, and Drama at Westminster School from 2001 to 2006. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors (BA (Hons)) in Drama with English Literature at The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Tom Hoare obtained certification as a YouTube Certified professional from YouTube in July 2014.
