Bharat Gera

Bharat Gera is a key member of the founding team at Pibit.ai, an insurtech company focused on revolutionizing the Commercial P&C industry through LLM-powered document AI since February 2023. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Sprinklr from December 2019 to January 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Product Manager, alongside earlier roles as Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Product Analyst. Bharat also contributed to Jindal Stainless as an Associate Manager from July 2018 to November 2019, after completing an internship in 2017 that focused on reducing raw material costs and improving waste management solutions. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 2018.
