Angela Hung has over 25 years of work experience. Angela began their career in 1995 as a Software Test Engineer at Hitachi, where they developed MS-Window GUI-based tools and UNIX shell scripts for test automation. In 1996, they joined Cisco as a Software DevTest Engineer, where they were a key contributor in the entire 7600 CWAN MPLS planning and testing phase. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Ericsson as a Sr. Software QA Engineer, where they were responsible for developing the SmartEdge router and designing test strategies, test plans, and suitable test environments. In 2022, they joined Pica8, Inc. as a Sr. TAC Engineer. Most recently, they worked at Cisco as a MongoDB DBA, where they provided MongoDB support for multiple internal engineer teams and monitored and maintained various MongoDB clusters.

Angela Hung has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, obtained between 1994 and 1996. Angela also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from San Jose State University, obtained between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they hold three certifications from Zendesk, obtained in December 2022: On-Demand: Zendesk Messaging for Agents, On-Demand: Zendesk Talk for Agents, and Zendesk Support for Agents.
